State declining federal funds for Rock Island trail

The Missouri Rock Island Trail may finally have some certainty in its future, and it doesn't look good for the trail's supporters.

The Joint Conference Committee on Budget decided not to take federal money to continue the Missouri Rock Island Trail on Wednesday night.
