Missouri Supreme Court sides with lower court’s decision on JCCC kidnapping case

The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed a Cole County Circuit Court decision sentencing a man accused of a kidnapping at the Jefferson City Correctional Center.

Randy Teter had appealed his sentence on charges of first-degree kidnapping and committing violence against an employee of the Department of Corrections.
