As the children lined up for a picture, they were itching to dig into the dirt, and after Superintendent Charley Burch concluded his remarks, they were able to do just that.
EUGENE, Mo. -- Using tiny plastic shovels, Cole R-5 preschoolers were among the first to break ground Monday on the construction and expansion of the preschool at Cole R-5 Elementary.
