Healthplex to host Community Day

The Sam B. Cook Healthplex Fitness Center will host Community Day on Saturday.

During the event, Healthier Me in 2023, the public is invited to participate in classes free of charge.

The event is 8 a.m.-noon at the center at 1432 Southwest Blvd.

Classes include:

• Body Attack, 8:15 a.m.

• Body Step, 9 a.m.

• Body Pump, 9:45 a.m.

• Core & More, 10:30 a.m.

• Body Balance, 11:15 a.m.

All classes are to be held in Studio A, on the lower level, and are to be 30 minutes long.

Core & More and Body Balance are "beginner-friendly" classes.
