Local housing market stagnates, but demand remains

The local housing market is still feeling the squeeze of a lack of stock as the year winds down, according to recent data.

Despite the stagnation, areas of the market continue showing slight gains, per the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors' October home sales report.
