Mid-Missouri jails receive state funding for upgrades

Cole and Callaway counties are each receiving more than $20,000 from the state to upgrade their jails.

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson announced Monday nearly $10 million in federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) dollars will flow to county sheriff's offices for jail improvements.
