A Rolla man died Sunday night when his motorcycle crashed in Osage County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Donald G. Mahaney, 55, was driving a 2020 KTM motorcycle westbound on County Road 772 near Route Y at 7:10 p.m. when it ran off the left side of the roadway, returned to the roadway, slid and went off the right side, ejecting the driver.
Mahaney was not wearing a safety helmet at the time, the report indicates. His body was transported to Sassman's Funeral Home in Belle.
