The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons took third place Saturday n the Jefferson City JV Tournament at Fleming Fieldhouse.
In pool play, Blair Oaks swept Jefferson City’s freshman team (25-9, 25-12), Fulton (25-12, 25-11) and Holt (25-19, 25-20).
In bracket play, the Lady Falcons won 25-14, 25-13 against Eldon in the first round, then lost 20-25-17-25 to Jefferson City’s JV team in the semifinals. In the third-place match, Blair Oaks won a rematch against Holt 20-25, 25-20, 15-8.
Gabby Horn led the Lady Falcons with 48 kills, followed by Chloe Heislen with 23 kills and Kylah Troy added 10. Anna Prenger tallied 79 assists, Heislen served 15 aces and Troy posted four blocks.
Alyssa Henry had a team-high 54 digs and Alisa Ernst was next with 27 digs.
Blair Oaks (17-3-1) hosts Southern Boone today.
