Prep Volleyball: Blair Oaks 3, Hallsville 0

HALLSVILLE -- The Blair Oaks Lady Falcons bounced back from their second loss of the season with Thursday’s 25-17, 25-16, 25-22 Tri-County Conference win against the Hallsville Lady Indians.

Autumn Bax had a team-high 13 kills, followed by Anna Wekenborg with 10 kills and Bailey Braun with seven kills.

Libby Juergensmeyer tallied 24 assists, Tayla Prenger posted 11 digs and Bax and Juersgensmeyer each served three aces.

Blair Oaks (17-2, 5-0 Tri-County) hosts Southern Boone on Monday. The JV match starts at 6 p.m., followed by the varsity at 7 p.m.

In Thursday’s JV match, Blair Oaks swept Hallsville 25-22, 26-24 to improve to 12-2-1.

Gabby Horn had a team-high 16 kills to go with nine assists and three aces, while Anna Prenger finished with 15 assists. Alisa Ernst and Alyssa Henry had 11 and eight digs, respectively.
