EUGENE -- The New Bloomfield Lady Wildcats knocked off the Eugene Lady Eagles by a final of 7-0.
Kaylee Kempker took the loss in the circle for Eugene, pitching three innings while allowing seven runs on 10 hits.
Ashlynn Kliethermes pitched the final four innings, holding the Lady Wildcats scoreless and allowing just one hit.
Kempker, Shaelyn Boessen, Jordyn Haney and Carianne Peterson each collected a hit for the Lady Eagles.
Eugene (6-7) will look to rebound Saturday when it opens play in the AA Russellville/Eugene Tournament against Father Tolton at 8:30 a.m. in Eugene.
