Jefferson City High School announces Homecoming Court

Jefferson City High School has named the Homecoming Court of its 2022 "Wild West"-themed Homecoming.

Tatianah Mahealani Brown is the daughter of Tianah Hess and Naziem Heywood. She has served as cheer captain, Jay Relations Chair, Special Events Chair and has been involved in track and field and choir. She has also received a silver rating for her district contest solo. She plans to major in social services.

Emmarie Synae Graham is the daughter of Shalonda and Carlos Graham. She has served as tennis team captain and basketball team captain. She has also been involved in track and field, National Honor Society and student council. She was selected as all-district in basketball, took second place in Class 4 girls triple jump, and was named to the Jefferson City Holiday Classic All-Academic Team. She is considering studying agribusiness at Oklahoma State University.

Lowegyn AA Hearn is the daughter of Tammeron Henderson and Brandon Hearn. She has participated in football, track and field, and basketball. She was awarded all-conference honors in track and sectional honors in basketball. She is deciding between Northern Arizona University, the University of Arizona and Southern Methodist University to study social science.

Cora Mae Wood is the daughter of Bill and Julie Wood. She has been involved in symphonic orchestra, tennis and student council. She has also served as captain of the tennis team, assemblies chair and student body president. She has earned the Jeffersonian Award and Academic All-Conference recognition for tennis. She is deciding between Truman State University or University of Central Missouri and plans to major in wildlife biology.

Elicia Rae Theroff is the daughter of Angela Theroff and Touge Pruitt. She has been involved in volleyball and track and field. She has been awarded track all-conference and has reached the final four in volleyball. She plans to study sports medicine and is considering playing volleyball at Iowa Lakes Community College or competing in track and field at Bradley University.

Aarush Nikhil Deshpande is the son of Nikhil and Mansi Deshpande. He has participated in soccer, tennis, NHS and symphonic orchestra. He has also served as basketball team manager and NHS vice president. He has been awarded all-district and all-conference honors in tennis and has received a superior and gold rating at state orchestra. He is considering the University of Missouri to study finance.

Cole William Heller is the son of Cherita and Michael Heller. He has participated in soccer, basketball, baseball, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and student council. He has also served as president of NHS. He has been awarded the JC School District Outstanding Student Award, the Hawthorn Bank Award in his sophomore and junior years, and the Rotary Club Student of the Month award. He plans to major in biological science with hopes to enter the medical field.

Joe Kenneth Kuster is the son of Ben and Regina Kuster. He has participated in soccer, wrestling, football and FCA. He has served as the president of FCA. He has also been awarded the Jeffersonian Leadership Award and named Boys State Athlete of the Week.

Tripp Henry Maassen is the son of Julie and Jeff Maassen. He has participated in basketball and baseball. He has also been selected as second team all-conference in baseball. He plans to attend the University of Missouri.

Kendel Leslie Young is the son of Ann Young and Stehen Stanley. He has participated in football, track and concert choir. He has also been awarded the Junior Varsity Award and varsity letters. He is considering attending the University of Missouri to play football.
