The VITAE Foundation has a new president.
Brandy Meeks on Sept. 1 took the reins of the Jefferson City-based organization that uses messaging to intervene and reach women as they consider abortion.
Meeks, who has worked in the pro-life movement for 10 years, is a former pregnancy help center director. Help centers educate the public about the value and sanctity of human life. She formerly worked at Vitae as the director of marketing and research application.
Meeks replaced Debbie Stokes, who with board approval selected Meeks as her successor.
