O’FALLON -- The Helias Lady Crusaders dropped a 6-0 decision Saturday to St. Dominic in the opening round of the Class 4 District 4 Tournament.
St. Dominic, the No. 1 seed, scored three goals in a three-minute span late in the first half to take a 3-0 lead into intermission.
Helias ends its season at 8-12-1.
St. Dominic (18-3), who won the Class 4 state title last season, will face fifth-seeded Holt in the semifinals at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Troy-Buchanan.
