Your Opinion: SCOTUS leak

Dear Editor:

I am not naïve; nor do I have my head in the mud. I believe I am quite astute. Politico should be chastised itself for collusion for publishing the leak -- a treasonous act interfering with the SCOTUS process. Politico is way beyond freedom of speech, free press and rights of confidentiality. The leak, and associated conspiracy yet found out, and these protests are the real insurrection -- just as in U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley's case when challenging the 2021 Senate electoral certification! This is treason from within.

I don't believe this leak was accomplished by just one person who took it upon himself or herself to try and scuttle the majority opinion. This was a well-planned assault on the pending decision of the SCOTUS -- probably not really directly related to Roe/Casey rulings. It was an attempt to diminish the huge Republican landslide expected in the November elections and to distract. It has similarities to Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings and a deflection and distraction for the Democrats as a campaign issue. Will we ever know who was behind it? Will the FBI, the Clinton machine, Soros and the Obama prior administration leftovers currently pulling Biden's strings be able to cover it up? The insidious neglect and delays in the Hunter Biden's laptop and Clinton Russia-gate investigations come into mind. Is this the route of the SCOTUS leak too? Chief Justice Roberts has deployed a small group of federal marshalls; he and the DOJ should be fully investigating expeditiously to bring justice on this afront to our federal government.

Nothing is beyond the Biden administration, former President Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and many other Democrats. To keep power, they are desperate.
