The Grand Old Party that we knew has changed its image a lot. In the years since Trump's "debut" it's changed from grand to what is not.
Why no return to a time of sanity, which surely was once the goal. And recall the latest humanity when the "elephant" had a soul.
Only a rising of many numbers of disillusioned Republican members can start to overcome the blunders of an autocrat and his defenders.
Jan. 6, 2022: One year ago Trump supporters marched to and invaded the U.S. Capitol building to protest the legal election of a Democratic president.
