Because of the forecasted winter weather, Amtrak's Missouri River Runner trains #313 (St. Louis to Kansas City) on Wednesday and #314 (Kansas City to St. Louis) on Thursday are being canceled.

A decision on #313 on Thursday and #314 on Friday will be made after seeing how the weather conditions progress. Other Midwest Amtrak trains, mainly those where the destination is Chicago are also being canceled for the next couple of days.

Customers with reservations on trains that are being modified will typically be accommodated on trains with similar departure times or another day.

Amtrak will waive additional charges for customers looking to change their reservation during the modified schedule by calling the Amtrak reservation center at 1-800-USA-RAIL.
