A teen who went missing from Ashland might be located in Callaway County.
According to Missouri Missing, Emilee Dubes, 15, was last seen in Ashland on Dec. 4. Her family belives she might be held captive in the Callaway County and Fulton area. Dubes does not have her cell phone with her.
Missouri Missing describes Dubes as a white female, 5'4", 130 pounds, blonde hair, blue eyes and dimples in her cheeks.
