PILOT GROVE -- The sixth-seeded Jamestown Lady Eagles trailed by nine points at the end of the third quarter Monday, but they outscored the third-seeded Northwest: Hughesville Lady Mustangs 19-7 in the final eight minutes to win 46-43 in the first round of the Pilot Grove Tiger Classic.
Olivia Meisenheimer scored 10 of her 17 points in the fourth quarter for the Lady Eagles and Sydney Derendinger also reached double figures with 13 points.
Jamestown (3-1) will play second-seeded Higbee in the winner's bracket semifinals at 9 p.m. Wednesday.
