Clinton Jarrett, friend of the bride and groom, performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Cari Champagne and Ron Bowling, Laquey. The groom is the son of Keith "Peewee" and Kim Richter, Wardsville. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a fit and flare wedding gown with a strapless sweetheart neckline with lace detail. She completed her ensemble with a chapel-style tulle veil with lace. She carried a multi-colored fall themed bouquet. The honor attendant was Brittany Waters, Laquey, friend of the bride and groom. The attendants were Tyler Boyd, Springfield, friend of the bride; Meghan Goodrich, Crocker, friend of the bride; and Stacey Nelson, Waynesville, friend of the bride. They wore teal, floor-length, sleeveless dresses. The best man was Adam Forck, Taos, friend of the groom. The groomsmen included: Joshua Hughes, Wardsville, friend of the groom; Jake Ortbals, Taos, friend of the groom; and Randall Boyce, Laquey, friend of the bride and groom. The miniature bride was Samantha Waters, daughter of Jake and Brittany Waters, Laquey, friend of the bride and groom. The miniature groom was Jace Waters, son of Jake and Brittany Waters, Laquey, friend of the bride and groom. The flower girl was Addison Storie, daughter of Jon and Casey Storie, Laquey, cousin of the bride. The ring bearer was Luke David Richter, Laquey, son of the bride and groom. The vocalists were Jon Storie, Laquey, cousin of the bride, and Phat Mike and the Bartenders, Lebanon, friend of the bride. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at Hicks Farms, Laquey. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held October 11, 2019, at Hicks Farms, Laquey. The bride is a 2011 graduate of Laquey High School, Laquey, and a 2015 graduate of Waynesville Career Center, Waynesville, with a Licensed Practical Nurse degree. She is an LPN at Fort Leonard wood Military Base, Ft. Leonard Wood. The groom is a 2012 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Wardsville, and a 2015 graduate of Linn State Technical College, Linn, with an Associates Degree in Electrical Distribution Systems. He is a Journeyman Lineman at Laclede Electric Cooperative, Waynesville. A wedding trip is planned for 2020. The couple resides in Laquey.
