Chelsea Niekamp and Samuel Burlbaw, both of Eugene, were married at 1 p.m., October 27 at St. Stanislaus Church, Wardsville. Father Ignazio Medina performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Nick and Sheila Niekamp, Henley. The groom is the son of Joe and Tammy Burlbaw, Taos. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at the Wardsville Lions Club. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held October 26 at Reinhardt's Circle. The bride is a 2015 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Wardsville. She is employed with Jefferson City Public Schools. The groom is a 2013 graduate of Blair Oaks High School, Wardsville. He is employed with Lehmen Heating & Cooling. After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple resides in Eugene.
