Mr. and Mrs. James Cooper, Jefferson City, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family trip at a later date. James Cooper and Kathel Addleman were married June 6, 1970, at United Methodist Church, Columbus Junction, Iowa. Rev. Harold Olson and Fr. Joseph Hines officiated. They were attended by Sandra Schneider, Holmdel, N.J.; Judy Dissinger Frohling, Sheldahl, Iowa; Jean Moore Whyte, Lakewood, Colo.; Bruce Cooper, Jefferson City; Steve Schneider, Jefferson City; and Dana Forrester, Independence. Mr. and Mrs. Cooper have one child, Jason Cooper and his wife Cindy, Jefferson City. They also have two grandchildren: Grace Cooper and Abigail Cooper.
