Pamela Werdehausen and Michael Lucas Jr., both of Wardsville, were married at 3 p.m., June 18, at Apple Creek Farm, Centertown. Pastor Lisa Pini performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of the late Marvin and LaDonna Buscher. The groom is the son of Michael Sr. and Sharon Lucas, California. Given in marriage by her brothers, Jeff Buscher and Keith Buscher, the bride wore a soft white, all over lace and dot tulle A-line gown with scalloped lace straps with beaded lace appliques and illusion back. She completed her ensemble with a mid-length veil with lace appliques. She carried a bouquet of plum and white calla lilies with malibu blue hydrangeas. The honor attendants were Darian Werdehausen, Taos, and Madasyn Werdehausen, Wardsville, daughters of the bride; and Sadie Lucas and Mia Lucas, both of Wardsville, daughters of the groom. The attendants were Cindy Eichholz, Jefferson City, sister of the bride; Samantha Eichholz, Jefferson City, niece of the bride; Cheryl Morgan, Wardsville, friend of the bride; Nickole Roberts, Jefferson City, friend of the bride; and Kim Lucas, California, sister-in-law of the groom. They wore knee-length plum and malibu blue tank dresses with a cowl back. The best men were Joel Lucas and Andy Lucas, both of California, brothers of the groom. The groomsmen included Cory Stegeman, Jefferson City, nephew of the bride; DeWayne Eichholz, Jefferson City, brother-in-law of the bride; Aaron Welschmeyer, Tebbetts, friend of the groom; Tyler Ousley, Columbia, nephew of the bride; and Ted Welschmeyer, Tebbetts, friend of the groom. The flower girl was Reesa Lucas, daughter of Joel and Kim Lucas, California, niece of the groom. The ring bearer was Jace Buscher, son of Jeff and Julie Buscher, Eugene, nephew of the bride. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at Apple Creek Farm. The bride is a 1993 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City. She is a Payment Specialist with Jefferson City Medical Group. The groom is a 1992 graduate of Hollister High School, Hollister, and a 2002 graduate of State Technical College of Missouri, Linn, with an Auto Tech degree. He is a Diesel Tech with Bronze Star Truck and Trailer. After a wedding trip to Branson, the couple resides in Wardsville.
