McKenzie Ashten Green and Adam Timothy Herrmann, both of Jefferson City, were married at 2 p.m., July 16, at The Millbottom, Jefferson City. Ryan Kelly performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Matt and Stephanie Sanders Green, Jefferson City. The groom is the son of Tim and Debbie Herrmann, Jefferson City. The bride wore a sandstone floor-length tulle gown featuring a Moorish-styled topper of ivory lace. She carried a bouquet of white spray asters, Queen Anne's lace, white heirloom roses, and burnt orange ranunculas. The attendants were Allyssa Green and Lane Green, both of Jefferson City, sisters of the bride. They wore knee-length cocktail gowns in navy and coral. The groomsman was Zack Herrmann, Kansas City, brother of the groom. The pianist was Gary Sanders, Jefferson City, great-uncle of the bride. The trumpeter was Barry Sanders, Jefferson City, great-uncle of the bride. A dinner and dance reception followed the ceremony at The Millbottom. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held July 15 at Alexandro's. The bride is a 2010 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City, and a 2014 graduate of Fontbonne, St. Louis, with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She is a first grade teacher with Jefferson City Public Schools. The groom is a 2009 graduate of Jefferson City High School, Jefferson City, and a 2013 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in History and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy. He is currently a third year law student at the University of Missouri School of Law, Columbia. After a wedding trip to the Isle of Skye and Edinburgh, Scotland, and Dublin, Ireland, the couple resides in Jefferson City.
