Spokesman for late state auditor found dead March 30, 2015
I read the articles and comments here quite often. Don't post too much though. One thing I do notice is, no matter what the article is about, Gracefuls replies always include "left wing" or "right wing". Really, no offense, but whats your story anyway? Are you convinced everything in this world is a conspiracy of the Dems or Reps? I mean seriously, the story could be about declining deer population in the area and somewhere in your reply would be a reference to the left or right.
You still don't get it. Sure the state can pay low wages and decide it is fine with that when the turnover rate is high, but that turnover rate costs money as well. The state decides it is fine to lose a hard working, intelligent employee who wanted more money to turn around and hire a person who doesn't want as much money. The majority of the time when someone will work for less it usually points to
A: The state is the biggest employer in the area and people will not/cannot move away for more pay
B: The person knows they are not worth much because they are not as intelligent and kind of lazy.
So if the state is lucky enough to find a smart, hard working employee who needs to stay local and willing to work for a very low wage then it works out for them. However, hiring a bunch of option B's will cost the state more in the long run with low productivity, little innovation and no motivation. You can hire less people if a good percentage of your workforce is the intelligent, hard working type. If not you end up hiring more people, paying more wages to do the same work.
I like how people are so quick to jump to CaseNet to dig up the issues from someones past and add it to an already bad situation. It's not bad enough that you just caused an accident that killed two people, but let me remind you of what else you have done wrong in your life. Sure, this guy may be someone that doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes, but I don't know him so think twice about rushing to judgement.
Time spent fighting between REP and DEM about the problems - 95%
Time spent discussing together and trying to fix the problems - 5%
% of people that have a crystal ball and know what happens in 2012 - 100% NT posters
Is this the tax that paid for the unbelieveably terrible job of "resurfacing" route M from Wardsville to Taos or was that something else?
Tough talk on an internet forum. Classic.
What?? Have the right to check your phone for recently sent messages? Are you out of your mind?
So the price of oil goes up and gas follows it fairly quick. Now the price comes down. Would think that gas would follow it pretty soon, right? hahahahahaha
