I believe the Patrol said they bought the new plane to supplement the 'fleet', since the Guv was using the old one so much. What will be interesting to now see is, which one will the Guv use more now? Anyone wanna bet on that?? :-)

Well we knew it wouldn't be long before ol Rob came in on a discussion that involves Ameren :-) Rob the only reason you would vote for this republican (you know the party you hate) is cause he could bring another power plant project along. I'm not saying its a bad thing, just saying it.
Kehoe has been up Ameren's keester for as many years as he has been in politics. Seems like its his little pet project of his, there has to be a bit of back-scratching going on here, political donations or otherwise. I don't imagine it will change either, we'll see how it pans out later in his political career.
