what happens when the gov misbehaves? what is wrong for business to allow smoking? if you don't like don't go there. if there is a business i don't like, i don't do business with them. as for me i have been to other countries like iraq.
last time i checked smoking is legal. if someone gets food poisoning then you sue. what place would serve poison? huh? the fed raided a place because they were selling raw milk. the fed is going out of control, especially with 10,000 plus laws. btw what wrong with a smoke shop? where are these rude smokers at? look at some the crazy things the fed has done, and it does not involve smoking.
