The library is closed mainly on federal holidays. If you ever question whether the library is open on a specific holiday, you can go to their calendar of events page on the MRRL website.
They are open 9:00am to 9:00pm Monday thru Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm on Fridays, 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays, and 12:00pm to 5:00pm on Sundays. In my opinion, the library is pretty darn accessible.
On June 6 Planned Parenthood (PP) released its official 2005-2006 annual report. The report details the activities and financial situation of the organization at length.
During the year of 2005-06, besides reporting that 264,943 children were killed by medical and surgical abortions performed by its clinics, it also reported a record income, including a record amount of taxpayer funding. Planned Parenthood’s total income for the year was $902.8 million, with a $55.8 million profit. And yes people that was 2005-2006!
Lameduck bar? Have you seen how the owners have revamped this downtown space. It's amazing and I cannot wait to watch sporting events and have a beer or two at J. Pfenny's.
