Agree completely. Beside if the police were to patrol this establishment during its hours of operation I'm sure the race card and complaints of harrassment would be used by the owner and his attorney too. There's really no need for this type of establishment to even exist.
Obviously you haven't been downtown in awhile as Mike's Corner Pocket has been closed for more than a year. JPFenny's, it's replacement, is far from a Yahoo bar.
