Oh he should have absolutley been charged. I just find it hilarious that instead of working on one thing they decide to go a different way. My best friend is a former police officer and I almost became one. Your assumptions are ignorant, not my comment.
I was in awe of the very smart peson who blamed this on the Salvation Army the other day. So does that mean the shoe store should be to blame to because thats where they get the shoes they have on their feet. I hope that person reads this and feels as dumb as they sound.
A big win for JCPD for charging the VICTIM before finding the SUSPECT. This place is a bad comedy show and needs to be canceled.
