I walked by the train show going to the RV show Saturday. It was amazing how many people were there.
We cannot compete with St. Louis but we can do something to bring some events here. I'm all for it.......

My business and my household have struggled in the last few years. I have had my income go down and you know what I did? SPEND LESS..........
If the Chamber, Council, Struemph and Nicklaus don't finally get it, they have to go!
The city council will answer to the people at their next election. How they act in the next few days will dictate those results.
If the Administrator doesn't resign, every elected official should move to remove him. The Mayor and Council are to answer to the citizens, not a bureaucrat that has set up his own fiefdom.
Mr. Mayor, are you listening?
This is a total embarrassment to the city and I will not believe another thing promoted as long as those in charge stay in charge.
I went last year and it was fun and very well organized. Think I'll check it out again.

Thugs are always on the other side........ If your candidate had garnered more votes, you would think the process was fine and dandy.
People will vote to tax themselves when it makes sense. Don't spout and pout when the majority doesn't agree with what is presented.
The Jefferson City Downtown Area Chamber of Commerce should remember today and not forget that the west side, east side, north side and south side are viable growth areas too.....
