It was pretty much a done deal, after some Council member said that trash rates would go up a whole lot, if the voters opposed the current plan. That intimidated me, whether it was true or not.

When he was paid by the state, OA and he wanted to keep that management "in house" to save money. So, which is it?

Article says Gov was in a Chevy Suburban, but Patrol's accident report says a 2007 Crown Victoria.
