RobHunterJohnson is completely correct. Building in the flood plain is ridiculous. Remember when Capitol Plaza first opened in the flood plain, failed to shut their flood gate in the garage, and dozens and dozens of cars were flooded in the parking garage and completely totaled--and the car owners' insurance was resposible for the loss, NOt a dime from Capitol Plaza? Definitely do NOT build in the flood plain.
Isn't this the same Legislature that cut the SHS budget by millions and laid off dozens of State Historical Society of Missouri employees a year or two ago? I believe that with this assignment, they should give the SHS enough money and staff to carry out this extra work.
Pointing the fake-gun at another child?!! Of course that kid should be suspended, and his Mother/Father should be teaching him not to point guns, toys, sticks or anything else at other children.
