I just cannot fathom why any good sane sensible person would be against this proposed law. The other day while on my way to Jefferson City on Highway 54 a pick up truck with 2 young people came barreling from Highway 63 to merge with Highway 54 and never noticed me. I had to swerve hard to avoid her side swiping me on my left side. By the way, why is that merging point not have a solid white line instead of dash lines where Highway 63 merges with Highway 54?
