already there is controversy ~
my question is WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE BILL $36.8 million AND THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE A PARKING GARAGE
the council, administrator, and mayor seem to forget that we are $1.6 million in the red, tax revenue and property tax income down.
It does not make fiscal sense.
Time to reconsider going forward with this expensive empty project.
