Good Lord!! Is this a story about freaking dogs, OR a drug bust in JC?!?! Who cares what they said about the freaking dogs!?!?! The point is, they took 7 useless druggies off the street......for the time being, until they get a slap on the wrist and released.

In the past, it has always just been State employees who work in the downtown vicinity (Truman Building, Jefferson Building, MODOT, Governor Building) due to traffic and parking issues. So dont hate ALL State Employees for thinking they always get this day off, because they dont!!
