I know renovation of the penitentiary is extremely expensive and not a priority but it is one of, if not the oldest penitentiary west of the Mississippi River and has just as much important history as the entire state of Missouri. Will there be any chance for renovation of the the more important parts of the penitentiary?

Not like it matter what we vote for. It is astonishing how the JC Superintendent so blatently ignores what the people vote for and against...I'm thankful we have a school board to back us up...oh wait...

I was there, they used the sidewalks way more than the windows..."living windows" has always been a let down in my opinion...usually just winow advertisement with people standing in dresses that have nothing to do with Christmas, or just a tree or someone waving or something...big deal...

"...dozens of dead birds were found lying dead..." and "...50 or more dead birds were first spotted Saturday on a 50-foot section of roadway and were stll there Sunday." What a bunch of inconsiderate birds, just laying there dead and not cleaning up after themselves...
