There is nothing wrong with this. It is already legal to carry a gun in your car anyway, just not on state property. To carry a gun in your car doesn't mean that person is going to use it when they get upset about something at work. If you searched every car on state parking lots today you will already find guns. And we aren't just talking about hand guns. There are many hunters that work at the state and carry a gun in their truck for hunting after work.

Maybe waitresses should make the Missouri's minimum wage is $7.35 per hour instead of the $3.63 per hour and then no one should ever have to worry about tipping. Tipping shouldn't be a requirement anywhere. If a person feels like they want to give someone a few extra bucks for a service then that is totally up to them. Charge me what you want for a haircut, don't expect me to tip you. If you want $20 bucks then don't charge me $15.

Maybe something that is being overlooked is $13 million for the fiscal year budgeted for new automobiles and aircraft, including planes and helicopters! Isn't that a lot?

That plane should be made available to any and all State officials and maybe employees that need to fly for their job.

Because when someone breaks in my house and I reach for my gun beside my bed to stick in their face I'm not going to have time to find a key and unlock it. Which sounds like the case in the story. The gun should have been hidden or out of reach from a child.

These people are living in the past where JC once dominated in football and they have hopes of once being at that level again. There is a lot of talent in the kids from Jeff City and most of them don't get the chance to prove it. Its the same with basketball. Most of the kids don't even tryout to be on a team. With two high schools I bet that Jeff City would have two big name football teams that others fear to place against.

Don't really see a problem with this. At least now they might have a good home. Isn't the purpose of an animal shelter to find pets a good home?
