Good, I'm a non-smoker. And I believe that any public buildings that where built or maintened with smoker tax should be open to smokers OR refund the tax money they've receiver.
The perfect school year would be 2 1/2 months of classroom then 2 weeks off then back to classes for another 2 1/2 months. Do this year round, and the outcome would be smarter children. Start class at 8:00 am, 2 small study halls, 45 m,inute lunch, and close the class day at 4:30 pm.
With all of the taxes people pay here, Missouri should be in the top 20%. The voters here passed the bingo & lottery without "Ear marking it for schools", so now it goes into the general fund and the schools don't see a dime of ti. Just asked the teachers when they got a nice pay raise! Same thing happens with gas taxes it goes into the general fund and the highways are in need of repair.
He should NOT be held respondable since there are signed waivers. I believe as my wife also believes the other woman that split up should be held as the respondable party! They where the ones who wanted to bring a baby into this world. Again this goes to show 2 woman or 2 men are not set-up to have babies!
