As for why, that's an easy one. The RINOs and big business want them for employees. Typically they only want actual Hispanic immigrants though, For lower wages and they are more agreeable to bad working conditions and long work hours. The Femocrats want their votes and see it as a way to replace all those babies that have been aborted.
Cafeteria Claire wants to make sure she doesn't lose out on any pucker action when she switches from one Femocrat socialist bum to another. It's just a modification of the voting policy.
Thats funny. There was a children's book out years ago that I read to my son when he was young. I forgot the title but the critters in the book became sentient and could talk. The jest of it was that once a critter began talking they no longer smelled like prey so a sentient fox would not be able to eat a sentient rabbit if they smelled them first.
So some enterprising fox began vacuum packing the rabbits. :)
After the weeding is done the sponsors will have a bale loading race where pairs of contestants will grab a small square bale out of their pasture, carry and load it in the barn for them. Followed closely by the barn and outbuilding paint and greet and the late night chicken plucking contest.
I sure would like to be a sponsor for one of these events :)
