I would like to throw my support for Father Doyle who taught so many of us to be Catholic through his hard work examples as a parish priest and friend. I have noticed a few names out on the responses from others that I went to school with at St. Martins who experienced the one of the most "straight-forward" and fair individuals that anyone could ever experience. I have known him since the 1970s and the many people that he has helped in a positive manner as mentioned by others on this forum.. Brendan Doyle, please know that many of us are praying for you and look forward to the day when you are cleared of the allegations. Thank you for your many years of service in the Diocese. I agree with many of the responses not to rush on judging Fr. Doyle based upon the initial reports of the images in this computer information. I have been in the computer industry since 1984 and involved in many forensic computer investigations. The investigators need to gather the evidence and analyze carefully without pre-conceived outcomes. I pray that the people involved in the investigation are as honest and caring as Fr. Doyle has been with many kids, teenagers, and adults over his lifetime. Chuck Wolken.
