I have gone to the Burger King for the last time in Jefferson City. It is so dirty in there, you cannot even see out the window. I used to love their food and could again, but for now I'm not taking any chances. It didn't used to be that way. POOR MANAGEMENT

If this building was anything like the one just like it next door, it was in extremely bad shape. I went to the heating and cooling office of the business in the next building and I was actually scared to be in there. I've never had that experience anywhere in Jeff. City before. I don't think I would have children living there. I feel bad for people that cannot afford something a little better.

The first sentence of my earlier post was so poorly worded I wish I could remove it! lol It didn't say at all what I meant. I had better leave well enough alone.

I'd be shocked if Missouri's minimum wage increased enough to even match the Federal minimum wage. Salaries are so low in this state big call centers are moving in and you can work a full time job at Federal minimum wage and draw food stamps because you are still below Federal poverty level. We may never catch up to the rest of the country. A business can pay 10.00 an hour and that's considered good money. If they pay 12.00 they expect you to have a bachelor's degree.

I was kind of nervous in Wal Mart on Thursday. They skylights were covered in snow, along with no telling how much snow on that flat leaky roof, and you just never know.systor

The paper says they used Margarita Mix. Shouldnt these kids just be in trouble for lying instead of drug policy? This takes me back to when one of my kids got in trouble with the drug policy for using sweet breath at school. Geez. It was fifth grade. How could Margarita Mix be any more of an over the counter substitute for alcohol, than Lemonade Mix? What am i missing here? Someone lied and implied it was spiked, but no one drank alcohol. It looks like lying and bad judgement on the part of those that drank it. But violating drug/alcohol policy? NO.
