Makes you wonder where they get their statistics!
Should have figured that, as they write their own rules! Duh
I'm wondering why Kenny Hulshof and Rob Schollmeyer (county prosecutor at the time) were not mentioned in the suit. It seems they were at the core of the misjustice. Although it is right for Dale to receive a very large sum of money for this, I don't like to see a very large percent of his winnings going to a trial attorney. The proper thing for Osage County and it's so-called law men to do is offer Dale 60 percent of the damages and avoid more cost in going to trial...it would save everyone a ton of time and more expense. I would like to see all of the people that were involved in this conspiracy of misjustice led by Carl Fowler to serve the same amount of time Dale spent. That would make people in future testimony THINK before they lie on the stand. In following the case, I have my doubts that Paul Backues made any false statements on the stand....I know him, and he wouldn't do that. If he did, he was directed by Carl Fowler to do so and fearful of losing his job...(Fowler's been known to do that)I. If it's found in this suit that these so-called law men lied or misrepresented evidence, they all should lose their elected positions and if they are retired, denied any further State or County pensions......use that money to recover some of the losses your about to experience.
Thanks Rick......nice work! Laren Haslag
Thanks Dan for your post, I agree with you entirely...Fr. Doyle is a Saint. My wish is that the media uses his proven innocense for headline news like it did for his possible guilt. Also Dan, thanks for attaching your name to your post. If comments made here have any merit, why do people who make these posts hide behind a screen name. i can't say that about everyone here, but personal attacks made by some...again, if people feel that strong about their opinions...please attach your name! I guess they fall under Yamahanian's term of "keyboarrd cowboys",,,that's a good one. Thanks NT for monitoring posts. With the mass amount of prayers and support, Fr. Doyle, a beloved priest and fellow human being, will be back to nomal in a very few short days. Let's all help each other in time of distress! Laren Haslag
After i made this post, this person decided to attack my son Leif who fought drug addiction and wound up in trouble...The post they put was obviously removed by NT. It was a personal attack and I was merely answering it...so without their post it makes no sense. It's so pathetic that some people are so angry within themselves that they resort to that kind of attack. We all need to reach out to each other in the time of need..it would sure be a different world! Laren Haslag
Dear Mr. or Miss Linoge.......I hope that drug eddiction never effects your family. It is a very evil substance sent to us from the devil himself. It's obvious that you have never been hit by the effects of it or you would understand it better. Remember Karma and be ready for it as it ussually comes at some point and when it does, I'll pray for you and your afflicted one. Maybe some compassion on your part for the misfortune of others would be a great positive for the community. i also, as you are well aware do not hide behind a screen name....Why do you? Anything you say, in my opinion, to the public you should be willing to say who you are! How pathetic........Laren A. Haslag
It sounds like typical emotions when these sorts of allegations first come out...GUILTY! If some of you would have followed the news around Nov. 15, it made national news that facebook users were experiencing their accounts being hacked and unwanted posts of nude women were appearing on their "posts" like they had placed it. How do hackers do this and why...who knows. Well, the little prank the hackers pulled has severely damaged a wonderful man. How do I know you may ask? Sure...Fr. Doyle and I happen to be friends on facebook and I seen the post that was supposed to be sent from him along with it that day the same gaphic picture posted by many of my other "friends" on facebook. These were very graphic pictures and anyone in their sane mind wouldn't post these lest a respected priest who has dedicated his life to the Christian Community. When Fr. is cleared of any wrong doing..and I say "when" not "if", I just hope all the media works as hard to announce his innocense as hard as they worked to make it headline news. Media outlets, please make his innocense headline news when it is announced. It's very sad to see that a man who tried to stay connected to his friends on a social network is crucified in this manner. In retalliation for the mistakes made by not protecting it's users I have deactivated my facebook account and I hope many people make the same choice to support Fr. Doyle and his public humiliation.
