Because most of the posters on here are religious right wing zealots who love to tell others how to live but can't stand the government telling them what they should do.
Good idea rj. I drove by this location this morning. That would be an excellent place for the convention center or multi purpose center. Lots of space for ample parking and more than one exit out of the area. I am tired of the same mind set of seeing how much c rap we can put downtown with no parking.

I just find it amazing that in 2013 there are individuals who have a mind set from the 1880 through 1910 era where everyone who has an opinion about something is a so-called expert.

I have a tendency to believe in facts and scientists who go out of their way to find the truth.
