Endangered person advisory issued for two-year-old JC boy May 28, 2015
Brooke, my 8 year old daughter, is in the middle with the pink bow in her hair. She has always been fascinated with all history, especially when it had something to do with Missouri history. I believe proper etiquette and manners are important for our children to learn, and we as a family teach the best we can. However, what better way to learn in a fun and historical place such as the Missouri Governor's Mansion. This is a once in a lifetime experience for most children. After returning, to meet Brooke for our luncheon and see and hear all she learned was absolutely spectacular. I can not say enough wonderful things about the wonderful women who volunteer to put this on, or the Governor's Mansion for hosting it. They were spectacular to watch and interact with. I know Brooke would go again and again if the opportunity arises. She was thrilled to meet First Lady Georganne Wheeler Nixon, and the First Dog Daniel Boone. How wonderful of her to take time out of her morning to meet our children. I can not say enough wonderful things about this program, I highly recommend it to everyone I can. Thank you again for your gracious hospitality.
