Maybe everyone should take some time to read about what MoCHIP is, does, and DOESN'T DO. Maybe this will help you: h t t p ://w w w .mochip.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13

NO INFORMATION IS RETAINED. PERIOD! After each MOCHIP event, individual computers are wiped clean of all gathered information using specialized software, after which the private, password protected, MOCHIP server undergoes a 3-phase specialized deletion process to obliterate all files collected that day. This process takes anywhere from 45 min. to 2 hours, depending on how many children had been processed at a particular event.

Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"? I can agree to not having a bond set for a repeat offender, but is this person really guilty or is this the result of a prank or vindictiveness by a couple of 11 year old girls? Based on this article, we don't know all the details. How can you pass judgement?
60 Minutes did a piece on the book and interviewed the author. They televised it last night. Very interesting piece. If you haven't seen it, you should see if you can find a recording of it on the web. The author stated that he did not do this for glory or fame but for getting the truth out. He said that he has the support of his SEAL mates, and did not violate any non-disclosure agreements or reveal any top-secret information. He also stated that most of the profits from the book will be going to charities.
