Thanks JC Lifer, now I got spell ck, thinking it was Reagan, how about the little Recession of Bush 1's, conners capital gain during Bush 2 was created out of Clinton's term, right or wrong; most of the rich benefited. Rob
Public Schools need to get it right! Taxes are the driving factor in education, and Jobs are what pay the Taxes! I could be like Conner, and be disenfranchised from the planet, but I choose to be engaged, I Vote not always Democrat, but they do seem to be the better of two evils! Conner cannot even seem to get it right, even in the simplest of post's, on various subject's, his constant assuming of what people are about, only show's us that he has lost his integrity! The dismal economy reared it ugly face under Bush's watch, you cant have it both ways, if Clinton created all the problems, then why did you make so much after 2000?
Bush should have tweaked all those bad policies by Clinton. but he chose not to so the Conners could make fortunes. I don't care if you rent, bought, paid, inherited, or what your capital gains sheet shows! I have you beat on all fronts, please keep posting, and I will continue to point you out when you are wrong on! rob
I sorry if you don't like myself renting, I have been renting since 95, when my annuity matures, maybe I will by some ground with an old farm house. I sure am glad I get to vote on all the issues that matter to all of us, not just the Land Barron's, and wealthy Property Owners! Since you did not arrive to your capital gains page until after 2000, you may need a little more seasoning, but JC needed another High School Back in the 70's, and most definitely by the mid 80's. Things to worry about for all us except Conner, MC, SS, Health Care, and as for that disability, got to get going to work this morning! The economy is improving, it helps pay for new schools, and just ruins the Ultra Conservative Tea partier's day! Rob
Lets see here, just a decade ago, 2003, Bush was a good couple of years into his 8 years of destroying the economy, and Blunt by 2005 had his big shot! All the while your post, which fit's so good with: "even with the face of the past DECADE's tough economy"? You should have said a long time ago back in the Clinton/ Carnahan days, but you could not, because they were part of a very GOOD ECONOMY for all of us, whether you liked it, or not Conner it made your Capital Gains sheet! You probably think you sound good in the shower too, like dreaming up these post's for us all! If Conner type's it, it's got to be gospel! JC needs two High Schools! rob
"-even in the face of the past decade's tough economy-" Who was the Governor, and President a decade ago Conner? Surly we cannot blame the start of this Bad Economy on Blunt, and Bush; or can we! rob
Something that Columbia is doing right, they are not replacing a High School, they are adding to their High Schools, unlike Jefferson City giving ours away at a fire sale price? Jefferson City needs 2 High Schools, with shared football field rights if needed. Rob
Conner I sure do rent! Old people move on, and are replaced by more old people! What I see is young people replacing old people, and they surely don't have to sneak their Vodka in the back door.. Catholics carry it out the front door, and Baptist's have the bar keep set it out on the back step, so what's the difference! rob
