ONE YEAR for killing a child!!!! The Judicial system in Mid Missouri is VERY broken. What is wrong with these judges? I only recently moved here but where I am from these judges would be fired and possibly hung for malfeasance! Why is this tolerated? Slapping hands doesn't work, cutting them off would!
Don't think that will happen. They've been putting up with low wages for years. Besides they deserve the "right" to be able to protect themselves on the way home from work as much as anybody else.
So the guy admits to attempting to illegally obtain an EBT card. He gets robbed in the process of attempting to commit a crime. I guess there is Karma in this world after all.
Was the victim arrested? He did admit to a crime! Even attempting to commit a crime is a crime!
OH NO! I sure hope this doesn't spread to the US. It's bad enough that we have an ammo shortage. But a TP shortage would throw us towards revolution even faster. It reminds me of the Cold War and how the commies in Russia would have to line up for their ration of TP.
Your $$ numbers mean nothing! Taxpayers would have to put up MILLIONS to refurb this place. The $35K profit won't even cover the pay for 2 janitors! Heck, the $35K will get eaten up just in the bid process! Even if you manage to double or even triple those numbers it would take decades to make the project sustainable and by then it'll need refurbished again. It's an unsustainable project!
