a manic state doesn't doesn't go along with "it was ahmazing" (1. Ah-mazing: A variation (with stronger meaning) of the word "amazing," used by cliquey girls)
she didn't go manic, she enjoyed it! there is more to her than the press lets out. have people forgotten there was a 2nd grave dug? She wasn't done, just got stopped before it was another child (
I also blame the J.O.! yes, they are an officer of the court, BUT its their job to know when to make statements and when not. WERE TALKING MURDER....not some kid stealing snickers from walmart. its probably the biggest case that J.O. will ever work and they RUINED it. part of the job of law enforcement s to do the investigation (by following the evidence) in a manner that will not be thrown out of court. Thanks for ruining the hard work of good cops.
I'm not defending Richardson. But my understanding was the confession, and everything stemming from it was thrown out. It just aggravates me that someone who was not supposed to get involved ruined a lot of hard work by a lot of good people. I agree what she said was minor, but its impact wasn't.
CORRECT, they should have SHUT UP! it wasnt their job to ask questions, only be present during questioning. dont over step your bounds hoping to be a big shot and let the people who are supposed to do their jobs do it!
"Life" is only 25 years if I'm not mistaken, not including if parole is left on the table. I was always told if called for jury duty to assign a number of years for something like this instead of "life". unless its life without.
this girl is messed up in the head and needs to be off the streets permanently.
I think we certainly need to enforce the laws. not just in the southwest, but everywhere. i understand people want to come here for a better life, its what our country is all about. BUT, if you cant do it legally, then your spitting on our way of life and don't deserve it. I dont think we need to aid them, we aided 2 countries for the last few years in the middle east at the cost of how many American lives? their being run by drug lords. If we do anything it needs to be to eradicate the drug lords and warn anyone else with the idea we can do it again. Then tell them to fix themselves. We need to stop trying to be the savior of the world and take care of ourselves for a while.
to quote the article a bit:
"Aldama, who paid a smuggler $1,300 to lead him through the mountains east of San Diego on a weeklong trek 13 years ago, was able to reach all his friends before the checkpoint began. One he didn't call had his 1997 Ford Explorer towed at an Escondido checkpoint a few weeks earlier. The unemployed construction worker surrendered the SUV to the towing company because he couldn't afford the fees."
"We certainly have enough of our own criminals. We don't need someone else's here,"
they are calling their friends to go around the checkpoint, criminals helping criminals.
Well said......very well said!
Prepared to do the act of shooting to save another, yes......im glad he was only injured.
No one is prepared for the act of taking anothers life, whether deserved or not. NO the academy does not prepare you for that!!
OH, the header last night read shot and killed. ok.
Pray for the officers involved. Ya, the guy deserved it, but that officer still has to make peace with it. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Thankfully it sounds like he didn't make it INTO the party because of them.
