Capital Region announces $35 million expansion May 24, 2013
Time for Jefferson City to shut down the Salvation Army Shelter. The thugs from St. Louis, Detroit, and Chicago are taking the train to Jefferson City and having a picnic. Take away the hand that is feeding them.
I also would guess that the individuals involved are from St. Louis. Jefferson City needs to shut down the Salvation Army Shelter as it encourages the people from St. Louis to come here. The local churches need to help the residents in the community. We should not encourage the St. Louis population to hop a train and arrive here with their hands open wide for a hand out. We do not need the crime that is bred in St. Louis in Jefferson City. Close the Salvation Army Shelter and they will move else where.
