Two laws in one bill ? Probably won't pass court hearings. Is public reproduction of crime photgraphs a real problem? Do legislators lie awake at night thinking up some bill to sponsor for their little legacy? Time would be much better spent trying to better the dismal condition of this state.

Then there is the donation to the regional airlines in CoMo. Really don't want to hear about budget shortfalls. Wonder how many jobs were created per $10k given to the Chamber over the last 20 years?
